PC-DOCTOR EXPANDS MANAGEMENT TEAM TO TACKLE NEW CUSTOMER OPPORTUNITIES

Diagnostics Leader Promotes Two, Adds Two Executives As New Business and Market Prospects Continue to Grow
RENO, Nev. (June 23, 2005) PC-Doctor Inc. (www.pc-doctor.com), the leading global developer of hardware diagnostic and system information tools, today announced an expanded management team to seize emerging market opportunities and help manufacturers of PC-based systems reduce costs, improve productivity and enhance quality.

Over the past few months, the company has introduced the new PC-Doctor 5 diagnostics and system information architecture and PC-Doctor Network Factory 5, as well as major new and expanded relationships with leading manufacturers of PC-based products. The promotions and expansion of the management team are direct reflections of the opportunities that lie ahead for the company, said Aki Korhonen, company founder and chairman. Thanks to the work of the PC-Doctor team and Suzanna Maks leadership, we are very well-positioned in many geographies and markets. The expansion of the management team gives us the additional resources we need to continue growth.

Mak, who led the companys relocation to Reno as chief operating officer, has been promoted to president. In addition to her continuing leadership role, she will focus on development of new business opportunities and expansion of the companys international presence.

Ken Sheppard has been promoted to chief technology officer. In addition to management of the companys growing cadre of software development and quality assurance engineers, Sheppard will collaborate closely with founder Aki Korhonen to identify and pursue new technologies and products to extend the companys intellectual property. Sheppard, who previously was PC-Doctors director of engineering, joined the company in 2000 after serving with distinction as an officer in the U.S. Army.

With more than 20 years of management experience in engineering, IT business development and support services, David Sundstrom has joined as chief operating officer and will be responsible for product management at the company as well as overall general operations. Sundstrom joins PC-Doctor after eight years at Sun Microsystems, Inc., most recently as senior director of the Prague Engineering Center in the Czech Republic, which is one of Suns top software engineering locations worldwide. Before joining Sun, he was an executive with Cray Research where he led worldwide customer service.

Doug van Aman is PC-Doctors new chief marketing officer and oversees all marketing and sales efforts. He has nearly 25 years of high-tech marketing experience, most recently as owner of a successful consulting practice. In addition, he was a director of marketing responsible for Sun products targeted toward enterprise customers. He also held managing director and other executive positions with Weber-Shandwick, Burson-Marsteller and Franson & Associates where he led the Microsoft, Apple and Hewlett-Packard accounts, respectively.

Percy Yang rounds out the management team as chief financial officer, a position that he has held for nearly two years. As CFO, Yang manages all of the companys financial, budgetary and tax operations. He has worked with PC-Doctor for more than eight years as a senior partner with Sallmann, Yang and Alameda certified public accountants. He also serves as a member of the companys board of directors with Korhonen and Mak.
